Shipping Policy
SHIPMENT SPEED:
Physical orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and take between 2-5 business days to arrive.
Once a package is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email provided at checkout. Tracking can take 24 hours to update in the system.
LOST ITEMS:
If your package has shipped but the item appears lost or stuck in transit, please email Lindsey@drivenbygrace.com. All orders are insured, and we will submit a claim to help track the items. Claims for lost items can only be submitted if it has been 15 days since the package has shipped.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED:
If your package says it was delivered, but you have yet to receive it, please allow 7 days for the package to show up. In most cases, the package may be at a neighbor's house or will show up within 7 days. Please ask your local mail carrier and neighbors about the missing package. If, after 7 days, you still do not have your package, please file a Missing Mail claim with USPS by clicking HERE.

ITEMS RETURNED TO SENDER:

If it's an error out of either of our control, Driven By Grace will pay to get it back and the customer will be responsible to pay to re-ship.

If there was an error with the shipping address provided to Driven By Grace at time of purchase, the customer is held responsible for the return and re-shipping costs. Please verify mailing address before submitting your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International orders may take 7-21 business days. Customers will be responsible to pay for the shipping costs, plus any additional fees and taxes applied by customs for the delivery of your package.
