Shipping Policy

Shipment Speed:

Physical orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipping via USPS Ground Advantage and can take between 2-5 business days to arrive.

Once a package is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email provided at checkout. Tracking can take 24 hours to update in the system. 

The tracking number shows it was delivered, but you didn't receive it. What should you do?

For this rare instance, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number to submit a claim.  
  2. Reach out to your neighborhood (via Facebook, NextDoor, etc) and see if one of your neighbors received it. 

In most cases, the packages show up within 7 business days. If 7 business days have passed and you still have not received your package, please email Lindsey@drivenbygrace.com. We will do our best to help your unique situation.

Lost / Stolen Packages

Driven By Grace is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If an item is lost in transit, customer should reach out to USPS with the tracking number provided to locate package. 

We will do our best to help resolve any delivery issues, but ultimately cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

Items Returned to Sender:

  • If it's an error out of either of our control, Driven By Grace will pay to get it back and the customer will be responsible to pay to re-ship.        

  • If there was an error with the shipping address provided to Driven By Grace at time of purchase, the customer is held responsible for the return and re-shipping costs. Please verify mailing address before submitting your order.

International Shipping: 

International orders may take 7-21 business days. Customers will be responsible to pay for the shipping costs, plus any additional fees and taxes applied by customs for the delivery of your package.
