Refund policy
RETURN POLICY:
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any of our products. We truly hope you love what you ordered and that it blesses you and your family. If something isn’t right with your order, please email us at hello@drivenbygrace.com and we'll make it right!
DAMAGED / WRONG / MISSING ITEMS:
If your item arrived damaged, unusable, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.
If something is missing from your order, send us an email at hello@drivenbygrace.com, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items: For all damaged items, a picture of the damaged item is required for approval. Please email pictures and requests to hello@drivenbygrace.com.
In the email, please provide:
- order #
- reason for request
- pictures of the item's condition
Once approved, a new item will be sent free of charge to the customer.
Wrong items: For wrong items, please send a picture of the incorrect items you received with the packing slip included in your order. Please do this within 7 days of delivery. Please email pictures and requests to hello@drivenbygrace.com.
In the email, please provide:
- order #
- reason for request
- pictures of the items received and the packing slip
Please save all original packaging so you can reuse it to return the wrong items to us. We will provide a return label for the wrong items.
SALES / DISCOUNTS:
We cannot accommodate price adjustments for any promotions, including Black Friday deals.
UPGRADING ORDER AFTER PURCHASE:
If you’ve purchased a printed or digital study and would like to add the other format, you can upgrade within 30 days of your original order by paying the difference between the bundle price and what you already paid. After 30 days, bundle pricing is no longer available.
