Shipping policy


FREE SHIPPING:

We’re happy to offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more placed directly through our website. The free shipping option will be automatically applied and available for selection at checkout. Please note that gift card purchases do not count toward the free shipping minimum.

Orders placed through third-party programs, such as ESA or charter funding, do not qualify for free shipping and will be charged standard shipping rates.

SHIPMENT SPEED & TIMING:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders with apparel will be processed in 7 business days since apparel is made-to-order.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, standard delivery with USPS Ground Advantage takes 2-5 business days. We ship from southern California, so delivery times will be the longer estimate for addresses further east. SEE MAP for estimated delivery times once shipped.

  • Estimated Delivery: Expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days after ordering. This accounts for our processing time + USPS transit time. 

  • Shipping Carrier: Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update in the system. 

  • Delays: Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions. Please note that all transit times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your order included Shipping Protection at checkout, your package is covered! Please email us at hello@drivenbygrace.com for help with your claim within 14 days of delivery.

If Shipping Protection was declined, we’re unfortunately unable to replace lost or damaged items at no cost. Shipping Protection is automatically selected at checkout and must be manually deselected by the customer. If that is your scenario, you’ll need to file a claim with USPS directly. Please note that USPS only accepts claims for lost packages after 15 days from the ship date.

ITEMS RETURNED TO SENDER:     

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the package even if the order qualifies for free shipping. We must first receive the returned package before we can process reshipment. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order to avoid delays.

If the package is returned to us and the shipping address provided was accurate, Driven By Grace will work with USPS to resolve the issue and reship the package at no additional cost to the customer.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED:

If your package says it was delivered, but you have yet to receive it, please work through these steps:

  1. Contact your local post office and provide your tracking # to see if they can locate it.
  2. Contact your neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered there.
  3. File a Missing Mail claim with USPS by clicking HERE.

If those steps are unsuccessful and you added Shipping Protection to your order, please email Hello@DrivenByGrace.com, and we’ll help with a replacement. All claims must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. Replacements are only processed after 7 days have passed to allow time for the package to potentially still arrive.

If Shipping Protection was removed from your order, we are unfortunately not liable for lost or damaged packages. In that case, you’ll need to work directly with USPS to resolve the delivery issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We no longer offer international shipping at this time, but we’re happy to provide many of our resources as digital downloads to support our international customers. We appreciate your understanding and continued support!
