This journal was created to help kids study and learn about Jesus' death and resurrection. This journal walks through the events that happened prior to, during, and after Jesus' crucifixion. It takes a deeper dive into the story to help kids grow in their knowledge and understanding of the true meaning of Easter. The overall goal is to help kids grow in their Bible literacy. This journal is designed to be done 5 days a week over 6 weeks. You can start this journal anytime and go at your own pace. There are fun activities, coloring pages, songs, and craft ideas incorporated throughout the journal.

Each week has the following:
- Study a bible passage
- Discuss what was read
- Copy a sentence or Bible verse
- Color, draw, or complete an activity related to the learning
- 2 to 3 activity suggestions to enhance the learning
- Song suggestions to help relate to the story being taught
