What is the Foundations of the Bible study guide? This study was built as a complementary guide to the optional Classical Conversations Bible memory work. I've taken the 24 memory sentences and expanded them into full lessons to understand the historical and biblical context.
Who can use this study? This study is a great resource for Classical Conversations families as well as anyone trying to teach their kids the Bible. I truly believe anyone trying to teach their kids the Bible will enjoy the depth this study offers.
What ages can do this study? The study can be used for all ages from 4 years old to high school. You can adapt and teach the study at the depth your child is ready for. The teacher guide can be used as a read-aloud, as a study tool for you as the teacher, or for your older students to read on their own. The activity book that pairs with the guide is geared toward ages 4-12.

I debated buying this for so long because I didn’t know if I really “needed” the supplement. BUT I am SO glad that I did! It is so well written and includes so much information in a simple form. I am learning from it as well! It’s super easy to use. Hoping to be able to purchase the student workbook alongside this soon!
This curriculum has been such a blessing to my family! My kids devour all of the information in it and the teachings. I love that it is rooted in the Bible and it pulls you into scripture as a family deeper. My younger (homeschool) kids are 8,7,3 and they sit for all the readings and love the activity pages, and ask tons and tons of questions. I have often found them chatting about what they have learned with their older brother, family and FRIENDS!
I have thoroughly enjoyed it for myself too. So much rich history that I didn’t actually know. I highly recommend it for everyone. Truly, this has been a huge blessing!

First, let me start off by saying how much we have enjoyed your “Foundations of the Bible” study for Classical Conversations. My children range in ages 4-10 and they all enjoy our time together while reading and eating breakfast. It’s been awesome and rewarding! This study goes infinitely beyond a method of schooling, wether that be homeschool, public, or private. It can stand on its own and is rooted in God’s word. Bless you , Lindsey, for your obedience to write this study and the discipline it takes to do so. I have personally learned so much, along side my children. Totally worth every penny. I had been searching for a Bible curriculum to do for fifth grade and pre-K together. I actually did not look at this in the beginning because I thought it was only for Classical Conversations. It kept showing up in my feed so I looked at it and thought I think this is exactly what I’ve been looking for, but I need to be sure. So I let my husband look at it and he thought it was great and biblically sound. He actually said some adults probably don’t even know this. I messaged Lindsey to ask if this could be used if you were not in CC. She said of course you can why don’t you download the free week and see if it works for your family. I thought this was an awesome idea for several reasons one she’s not just trying to push a curriculum or some thing on you she truly cares about if it works for your family. We downloaded the free week and we loved it everybody was engaged everybody was able to answer questions. Even my 3 year old was able to answer the questions! If you’re looking for something that is biblically sound that your whole family can do together I highly recommend this curriculum.
